SHIPPING POLICY

We want you to feel completely confident from the moment you place your order. That starts with a clear commitment: you will never wait more than 30 days for your package to arrive. While we work with precise delivery estimates, this is our outside delivery boundary. Beyond the timeline, we also stand fully behind the journey your order takes. Fervaniq assumes responsibility for loss, damage, or delay that occurs while the shipment is with a carrier selected by us, subject to applicable law and the carrier’s terms. The only exception to this coverage is if you independently arrange and choose a different carrier. In that case, responsibility for the shipment transfers to you once the package is handed over to your independently selected carrier.

What You Pay for Shipping

Shipping costs are tied directly to your order total and the delivery speed you select. For standard delivery: * Orders from $0.00 to $9.99 carry a shipping fee of $6.99 USD.  Orders from $10.00 to $29.99 carry a shipping fee of $5.99 USD. For express service:  Express shipping is a flat $9.99 USD on orders of any value starting from $0.00. As a general rule, orders between $0.00 and $49.99 may have shipping fees ranging from $5.99 to $9.99 USD, depending on the order value and shipping method selected. To keep things simple, every order over $30.00 automatically qualifies for worldwide free shipping, with no promotional code or additional step required at checkout. 

How Fast We Move 

Once you place your order, we generally prepare and hand it over to the carrier within 1 business day. After the carrier receives the package, delivery generally follows the applicable shipping window: Shipping/processing window: approximately 7–15 days. In-transit delivery period: approximately 2–7 days. For customers in the USA, standard and free shipping can generally be expected to arrive within 12–20 days, while express shipping generally takes 7–12 days. For customers in other countries, standard/free shipping generally takes 12–20 days, while express shipping generally takes 7–12 days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. 

When Delays Happen

Even with careful planning, outside forces can sometimes slow down delivery. Public holidays, the destination country's customs procedures, severe weather, transportation disruptions, and international courier operations can all influence the final shipping time. These factors are outside our direct control, but our stated 30-day maximum delivery commitment remains applicable, subject to circumstances beyond our reasonable control and applicable law. Our responsibility for loss, damage, or delay during transit applies when the carrier is selected and arranged by Fervaniq. If you independently arrange your own shipping carrier, responsibility for the package's safe and timely arrival becomes yours.
